
What is Zero Balancing?
Zero Balancing is a body-mind therapy that balances body structure and energy through gentle touch. It helps heighten a sense of peace, harmony, connection and well-being. Zero Balancing blends Western scientific examination of human anatomy and quantum physics with Eastern energy and healing principles and focusses on bones, ligaments and joints of the skeletal system. Benefits include promoting a better energy flow in the body, reduces stress, enhances a sense of general wellness, reduces body discomfort and helps release tissue-held memory.
During a Zero Balancing session, you can expect an inviting, safe space where your body, mind and soul can relax and connect. I may start your experience with a check in on how you are feeling that day and set an intention for the session. We get you comfortable and relaxed. I then begin your session. Zero Balancing uses light touch and has more of a structured protocol compared to the other healing modalities I provide.
